D型水力碎浆机适用于废纸的连续碎解。采用“DR”结构，浆料旋流增强，转子与浆料接触迅速且次数增多，从而缩短碎解时间。动力传递有皮带轮传递和减速机传递两种方式。 D型水力碎浆机与Ⅱ型水力清洗机、圆筒筛、绞绳机、抓斗等设备组成连续碎浆排渣系统，用于处理OCC、AOCC等，能使尽可能早的从水力碎浆机槽体内清除浆料中的塑料、苯乙烯泡沫和其他轻、重杂物，不至于杂质被碎解而能通过碎浆机筛板，从而提高生产能力和良浆洁净。 'D’type hydrapulper is used for continuously pulping waste paper. The pulper tankshapeis 'DR'structure,increasing the contact times between the rotor and pulp.so the pulping time is shorter.The power transmission has pulley transmission andreducer transmission two ways. “D” type hydrapulper, hydrapurger ll , drum screen, ragger and grapple is made upof continuous pulping and discharging system. This system is used for pulping OCCAOCC,etc, removing the plastics, styrol foam and other light and heavy impuritiesfrom the pulper tank as early as possible, to avoid the light and heavy impuritiesbeing broken and flow through the screen plate, so the capacity is higher and thepulp is cleaner.
